Our team of landscape architects and designers offers a full range of professional services, from brief consultations to private gardens to the design of complex, multi-phase projects in both the public and private sectors – each of which is tailored to the specific needs of our individual clients. No project’s too big; no budget’s too small.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES

It all begins with site selection, followed by analysis of existing conditions, services, and climate. We then develop design priorities and identify any external factors, create preliminary and final comprehensive site plans – including prioritized program elements – then put together phasing, costing, and scheduling. And if public-involvement processes and consensus-building are needed, we provide project presentation graphics and 3D imagery.

This step includes the preparation of initial and final designs for construction, including selections of plant material, irrigation technique, site furnishings, lighting concepts, and the design of specialty features.

The completion of design plans are necessary for bidding, which can include site survey, demolition, grading and drainage, layout, materials plans, irrigation plans, site lighting and electrical, planting plans, and technical specifications.

We offer assistance in determining the project delivery method, including pre-qualification of bidders and select or open bidding. Frequent observation of construction ensures both quality and conformance to the design intent, plans, and specifications.

Your project doesn’t end when construction does. We review the completed project to identify warranty and quality control issues, get feedback from the users, and evaluate the quality of long-term maintenance.

THE COMPANY WE KEEP

If you’re not already a repeat customer, chances are pretty good you were referred by one. That’s how we built this business, and why we’re so proud of those long-term relationships.
